2009 Ying Kee Jia Cang Liu An
I bought some Liu An teas from chawangshop and yunnancraft but this one is without its special “disinfection/hospital” flavour. I cannot describe this flavour/ taste more precisely than “disinfection/hospital”.
I hope Liu An fans know what I mean
Anyway this tea is interesting

Recently, I've been drinking a lot of "Mixiang" liubao from Purple Cloud. It's quite enjoyable, honey and walnut notes. Double steamed rather than wet piled makes it quite approachable. Very nice tea.

2009 Ying Kee Jia Cang Liu An
Again this unusual Liu An…
I taste earthiness and some kind of spiciness at the beginning (first three brews).
These two tones gradually recede into the background and then starts a sweet taste.
Interesting
Teaware: Nixing pot, Huaning pitcher, Yantra Pottery handmade by Sonia cup.
