When it comes to white tea I my favorite is Silver Needle.
So when ever I drink BMD I like it but it sometimes just feels like a lesser verion of SN. What flavors do you look for in BMD?

Peaches, stone fruit blossoms, and delicately spicy and herbaceous notes. Much more fruitiness than the Silver Needles I've had, which tend more to the sweet/floral without the fruity notes (not to say that they are inferior to BMD, just different flavor profile for sure).
Given my love of peachy teas, I think I might like whatever BMD you had that contained these notes. The few Fujian white teas I've tried have been mainly Silver Needle and have had notes of hay, oats, herbs, and honey. Yunnan white teas can be more fruity (I'm remembering some dragon balls from YS that had nice red fruit notes along with the hay). I think aged white teas can be fruitier as well.debunix wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 1:11 pmPeaches, stone fruit blossoms, and delicately spicy and herbaceous notes. This reminds me to try the two white teas I bought from Daxue Jiadao earlier this year...
I bought these white dragon balls:

I am not sure whether it is BMD or YGB or anything but I am sure I like it
