Ferg Sale: 2 Yixing, 1 Kyusu

Ok, it’s been awhile since I’ve done this, so please be patient with me. I’ll attempt to post initial postings relatively quickly, but will need to do piecemeal.

First up for sale are two Yixing recently purchased from MoodyGuy. These were originally off menu items Victor kindly took the time to put up for me. Apparently, pots at this price level are not worth the time or profit margin to put up for sale. So I got a good price on these, in fact lower priced than any other teapots that appear to have been made available over these past years via the Sold history section.

Asking for price paid of $129 USD.

For reference on packaging, I will begin with the one I plan I to keep, a 1980s 63ml Shuiping Nei Zi Wai Hong, or NZWH. I have fully unpackaged this piece..

This one remains entirely wrapped, bomb proof. I ain’t unwrappin, but I’m sure it’s in A Ok condition. Again, please refer to vendor pics..

Definitely clean storage, any humidity gone by second cup. Really coming into its own by third cup, classic sheng taste, slight if any smokiness think factory is known for, perhaps bit of meatiness. Taste is hanging on the tongue now.
