Yixing
Nothing special but I like it. Seems to be a F1 green label pot. But that's just my inexperienced opinion.

Thanks for your opinions
I did not have much time lately, but it's a bit better now.
@OCTO Thanks for your advice, I'll try PuErh first. This pot I've just cleaned. I mainly used my tiny pots in the last months, but I am going to switch to the bigger ones because they are more practical for daily use.

Nothing exciting to write home about amidst all of the vintage wares on here, but here's a shot of one of the smaller 90ml modern hongni pots on offer from EoT in action. I planned on splurging on a 70s pot, but decided to hold off for the time being. Originally intended for yancha, but have been feeding it Taiwanese oolongs and red tea, with good results. Nice clay and well made. Influence on tea is discernible but not transformative (as one would expect). Slightly muting, slightly rounding, slightly sweetening. Certainly to get better over time with more seasoning. I will say one thing though - handling mostly Japanese wares of late has made me spoiled for ergonomics, which I find slightly lacking in this pot. I don't know if it's a shuiping thing (that I haven't noticed before), but the handle of the pot is quite thin in terms of girth, and when filled to the brim with leaf and water, it lacks balance in the hand. It's difficult to hold horizontally to the ground as it sort of wants to rotate downward, and the grip shown below is the only one that I find comfortable. But for a modern, accessible pot, with seemingly good clay, can't really complain.
Oh, and the tea in the photos is actually a red tea, though you wouldn't know it. It's EoT's 2020 Da Xu Shan Wild Red. A very light red tea with unique notes of pineapple. Quite light and enjoyable.

Most of my Yixings are factory ones with the exception of two, one of which was my first pot which I got from a local Chinese tea shop and the other is a Factory 2 from Imen at Tea habitat. All my factory ones were bought from Hai Ying Chen and my smallest one from Emmet Guzman.
So ill start with my very first Factory 1 pot I bought from Hai Ying Chen(please let me know if I said his name right) it is an early 80s zini(please correct me if I am wrong on this my memory is a bit rusty) and I use it for wuyi yancha. It is a 7 second pour with some slight lid rim dribbling when the spout is all the way down. It really smooths out the flavors and aromas and enchances them as well.
