Yixing F1 from the 70s in nice Hongni clay, in perfect condition to the standards of the period. 75ml volume, 14-hole filter.
This is one of the five, so called Wuxing(five shapes) standard shapes, a Roubian(肉扁), not "Raobian", as some incorrectly put it. Although this might look flat as a shape, it is actually quite spacious and gives the leaves lots of space to unfurl. That, along with this nice Hongni clay makes this teapot suitable for most – if not all teas, rolled or open leaf shapes alike.
Conveniently, it has a multi-hole filter, so even small-leafed or chopped teas will have a nice time in it, without leaving the premises before they are supposed to.
A well made, versatile teapot.
Yours for 9000TWD(about 306US$), EMS shipping included.

here are the insides. Some lime scale still remains, I will give it a few more boils to clean that off.

I should have been sound asleep at 5 am but my cats woke me up and I began fretting about current events. Lucky me to have chosen to distract myself with the Tea Forum rather than the NY Times. This is exactly the size pot I was looking for and I love the shape - a refreshing change from my small collection of shu pings.
Destiny calling! ThanksJanice wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2020 4:58 amI should have been sound asleep at 5 am but my cats woke me up and I began fretting about current events. Have prices doubled since 2017 in Taiwan for these pots? I got one from @KyaraZen for $150 back then. Like Tesla and Apple stock split

Prices have indeed gone up quite a bit, not only since 2017, but especially in the last six months... 150$ seems below average market value even for three years ago!
And it also always depends for what price you get it as the source. Some have huge stocks from way back when they cost almost nothing... thus can, if they feel like throw them out form almost free

It’s not like a toaster on Amazon with a list price...
