Another item I have almost finished repairing and which will be up for sale in the near future is a lovely Qingshuini, ROC era, low-profile flat base Shuiping. It had half of the lid knob missing, which is now sculpted back and will shine in golden glory

Some teas have been restocked for ANMO, as well as two new offerings:
– Open leaf high mountain black, an eternal favourite and staple in my house.
– An unusual Baozhong. Unusual in that I like it. Mostly I do not care much for Baozhong, but I have come to believe it is because I simply had no access to the good ones before
A new teafriend of mine is specialising in sourcing BZ in the hills around North Taiwan. Excellent quality, very clean and a long lasting aftertaste. Not a tea for beginner I would say, it appears light on first brew, but it is not, keeps slowly creeping up on you until a lot of interesting things happen in the throat.

In other news, I am currently working on another Kintsugi – or more likely Gintsugi(silver) project, which will go for sale in a few weeks time.

If someone wants to commit to the pot above beforehand, they can choose if they prefer the finishing done with Gold or Silver. 
Also worth noting that Late Qing/ROC era Neiziwaihong has nothing in common with the later substandard quality pots of the factory period, except the name of the method. Underneath the Hongni is quality Zisha and the good workmanship of old. I mean – look at the curves of this spout!

There is a tiny hole(not going through!) at the spout that I'd like to fill as well, you can see the tiny black dot at the spout. Otherwise it is in perfect condition. Sanding down would not really work as it would make the knob in a different colour than the rest. Not to mention the overall artistic balance of the pot as envisioned by the artisan.

I see, you got some patch work.
