Did you find a good match for the crackle glazed pot? I am considering getting one for myselflUKAV28 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 2:56 pmDid you find good use for them?
Firstly I suspected the water as I used filtered (waterlogic hybrid) when brewing in cracking glaze pot and not bottled as I did with chaozhou pot. That is why I tried brewing with filtered water in chaozhou pot too and it was just that much better. Hopefully will have more time to experiment further during the weekend.
European Teaware
Jiri Duchek did his first firing this year. Some lovely stuff. These are some pieces I’ve acquired.

These are really nice @lUKAV28! Where did you get them? TAD activated!
@swordofmytriumph I know what you mean
. I buy things directly from him. Through the time I bought quite a few of his pieces also shown in this thread so he notifies me from time to time about his new work or if he made something I was asking for. You can check available pieces of the latest firing on his site but he usually has some pieces left from previous firings too.

Wow, beautiful variegated textural pieces @lUKAV28 set off nicely by moss setting. Great photos
Many pieces in the 2020 inaugural firing--all the ones that really caught my eye--are already sold. But this is a good thing as I still have one new piece of European teaware sitting at the post office (awaiting a signature) and the teaware display must be rearranged to make room for other newcomers from the past year.....
Simply gorgeous.
Will you be using that to pour cold water during your tea sessions or for hot? Wondering hear how the different layers as reflected in the colors could make it vulnerable to temperature changes with boiling water fresh off the pot.

I am planning to use it as pitcher for any kind of tea. I mean from green 70 *C to e.g Hei cha’s 100*C
Seller declares that I can use boiling water because he sells a lot of agate cups, coffee mugs, booze and wine glasses.
I think this pitcher is not anything exceptional it was bought in tourist area near the beach.
I have to admit this one was the most beatiful of all
I will send new pictures with green and hei cha inside because I am curious too
