What will be important to identify it, is a level profile shot from the sides.
Something on the inside lid makes me doubt 70s but it could be the pictures.
Not probably, for sure this is not 19th century. I’d be worried what else is wrong with this pot if the seller lies that much abbot the age already...

Yeah, I do not think that he knew what he was selling. Some people here think that these teapots are made for dollhouses because of the size.Chadrinkincat wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 8:16 am“Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.”
Interior lid does look a bit weird to me too. Lid skirt seems oddly constructed
Final selling price was $8.50Bok wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 8:49 pmIndeed. Somehow I find these pots charming in a way.Chadrinkincat wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 8:45 pmOdd timing that this Indonesian pot popped up for sale while this seal is being discussed.

Very clear from the pictures of this one that they are either wheel thrown or coated like a Neizhiwaihong (see details of bottom side).
Yeah, I have seen that, too.Chadrinkincat wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 11:31 amFinal selling price was $8.50Bok wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 8:49 pmIndeed. I’ve definitely purchased a few green label dollhouse/children’s teapots.Mark-S wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 9:31 amYeah, I do not think that he knew what he was selling. Maybe they had to make it different because of the special size? I can also show you more pictures of the lid next week if you tell me what angle or distance would help to identify this teapot better. I could also take some macro shots of the clay.
No, I have not. I did not know that there is a search - thanks.Chadrinkincat wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2020 8:07 amNot sure if you’ve already looked through this group yet but you can type in 40cc or 2 to see if details look similar. https://www.facebook.com/groups/teapot2/?ref=share
There are many variations of this sticker, so it is hard to see if it is fake or not. I will post it in the Facebook group.
Thanks for the clarification.Chadrinkincat wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 2:29 pmMark-S
F1 stickers are normally a light tangerine to darker orange color but never red. The thickness of lines along with size and placement of R are wrong on your sticker too.
