Presentation of your favorite teapot for Puher
Nice little pot! Congratulations!
70ml green label Factory 1 hongni shui ping is my favorite tea pot for sheng. It is very porous and take away excess bitterness.
It grew really first and gain patina in only a couple of months
A bit off topic: I have 2 smaller (30 ml or so) green label shui ping in almost identical clay, but cannot decide what tea to brew with them...
I’m experimenting out of curiosity to brew gaoshan with one of them. I know many of you will frown upon an idea of brewing gaoshan with such a porous pot, but I couldn’t resist!
Now it smells soooo sweet that I almost want to eat it! Brewed tea? Not too bad, a bit supressed aroma and rounded taste, and I hope it get better and better.

My current favorite pot for puerh is a 70ml QSN green label. Just enough porosity to bring out the best in semi aged sheng. Used every day for past few months. No stains or water build up.

This late 80's 70ml hong ni has seen some serious use over the past year. Not overly porous so does well with dryer/younger puerh. Pretty dirty on the inside but nearly spotless exterior.
