Kutani Houhin?
A couple weeks ago, I came across my first Houhin, it's a Kutani Houhin set with 5 cups. When it comes to Japanese tea wares, I am treading on unfamiliar territory. All I can tell is that the set is old, based on the glaze and oxidation level on the ceramic. It has Kutani marked on the bottom of each piece. Anyone who has more knowledge about Japanese tea ware can tell me more about these?

Nice Houhin!
It's a Mokubei style Kutani! I'm no expert on Kutani or anything, but it seems to be fairly old. Maybe Meiji or Taisho Era (something from 1900~1926) would be my guess.
I haven't seen a lot of modern Kutani Houhin as it is, but Mokubei doesn't seem to be around that often either these days. Modern Kutani often is more flashy and with more accents on western forms.
Anyway. Beautiful piece
