Hi, the teapot with the painting is pristine new. Same about: the first two, and the black.
Other I used 1-2 times. Like a new condition.

Zhuni is a name for Hongni clay.
Think about Zhuni as a kind of Hongni.
Zhuni (real) teapots were made before 1970s.
I do not have real Zhuni teapots. Sorry.
