Stinky tofu

I mentioned this method to an otherwise quite knowledgeable Taiwanese tea friend, this was still news to him! It seems the news has not spread very wide and fast yet...
Stinky tofu on the other hands depends very much on where you get it. My first time was predictably awful. I did not give up and know one place down South where it is delicious! They have them in the classic fried version, or steamed, in hotpot and others. With the most spicy sauce I ever experienced in Taiwan so far!
