Yes they ship outside of Malaysia. You have to send them an email and let them know what teas you’re interested in and where you they will be shipped too. The price was more than reasonable to Massachusetts. Super nice people with great service and fast shipping. I ordered two of each of their liu bao stock. So far so good!

Some old Liu Bao today, apparently from the 1960s, and some other old Liu Bao earlier in the week which I'm still brewing.
I feel that holiday periods can be a good time to enjoy some powerful teas, mostly because there are fewer deadlines and fewer other obligations to get in the way, and, hopefully, more time to relax freely, although I don't think that special occasions ought to require special teas, or the other way around.
That said, I'm also sure that there are plenty of people who have less spare time during such periods - I think it is just a matter of picking the tea that fits the day and the mood. I've been trying to do that, and I've reached for the older teas a lot more in the last week.
There's some Liu An that's been looking at me for a while, and I'm sure I'll find an excuse for it soon...

how is that one? It seemed quite pricey for such a young tea, but I see now the material was actually originally from 2013. I find a lot of KTM's liu bao very hit or miss though.

I agree with your take on KTM, some of their teas taste like they are missing something. Unsure if it’s storage but some are definitely lacking. I do like their prices for samples and I have to admit, I’ve tried every single Liu bao on their website. I also agree with the price and I was skeptical at first but it’s been one of the best I’ve had from them. How is tea side? Tea Side is interesting so far... again there is something a little flat here, but also I find the older the tea the longer it takes to settle and maybe I haven't found the right pairing for them yet. For the price though it is worth a sample I think to see if it fits what you enjoy. All the ones I have tried so far certainly have good brewing longevity.
I ended up grabbing a few teas from teaside and it’s expected to arrive soon.
