What happened to "Chinese Potters Newsletter"?

I see this newsletter cited by several potters and mentioned in passing in older places online where people talk about teapots, but I really can't find out much about it today.

Does anyone know anything about this?

The image in the previous post is of one of the quarterlies, this is what the standard issue looked like.
