We have listed our first hongcha/black tea! It is made from wild tree leaves grown at high altitude: https://teaswelike.com/product/2020-liugui-black-tea/ highly recommended.
Love your description sounds delicious;
The liquor has a pungent sweet aroma with notes of grape must, artichoke heart, and caramel. Velvety texture, sweetness that expands from the tongue to the rear of the mouth, transitioning to a long-lasting sweet finish. Excellent durability....

The 2015 Yibi Tedagushu is available on the site.

This tea is made of gushu material taken from an area of particularly large trees within the larger Yibi area harvested by the farmer. It is our favourite cake among all of BYH’s Yibi productions, and there are very few cakes remaining (less than two tongs as of June 2020). We wanted to carry this tea because it is an excellent example of a high quality gushu single-origin production, in contrast to the 2013 BYH Mahei and 2015 BYH Lishan Gongcha, both of which are blended gushu cakes.

They are coming soon! We need to take good pictures and had to setup some things remotely, so it is taking a bit longer than anticipated. But they should be on the site shortly :) Thanks for your interest!

We have put some new/old shou puer on the site!
There's a cleanly stored 2001 brick with cereal/grain notes (12ct/g):

and a 1990s 7581 brick that's an excellent example of low-fermentation shou (44ct/g):

After a long preparation, antique teapots are available on our site.

If you have questions feel free to reach out to us here. If you don't have prior experience with antique Yixing teapots, please read carefully the Description

Over time we might add more teapots when/if we find more. We won't be adding zhuni teapots for the time being, as we suspect few customers would be willing to pay the current market prices for those. If there is something in particular you are looking for, we can try to keep an eye out for it, but we cannot promise anything more :)

We have added to the site a new tea - a gushu puer cake from Youle pressed in 2010 by a small producer: https://teaswelike.com/product/2010-youle-gushu/. The Youle is sweet but also has darker notes, with a different profile from both Yiwu and Bulang. We think the price is very reasonable for the quality and age.

You can follow us on Instagram for updates, (new Yixing pots will be up soon!)
