Good day, everyone. I've seen a bit of talk about this article floating around recently, and since only tidbits of it were out there, I went ahead and translated the whole thing over to English to provide greater context and understanding of the complete piece. It certainly isn't groundbreaking or revolutionary, but I find it a promising datum - not persuasive, but something that people could potentially incorporate into our understanding of what might be good/bad/indifferent. If you are interested, feel free to take a look here at our blog. As per usual, there is a link at the top to the original article. Have a great day! :D

My area of special interest is Taiwanese oolongs, but no matter. Getting ANY Chinese language articles on tea translated into English is a great service to us all. Thank you so much for doing this! Tea lovers owe you a debt of gratitude.

Thank you for the kind words! If you find anything out there that seems particularly interesting, I'd be more than happy to give it a look!
