I have a jiri pot bought at the very beginning of my loose leaf tea journey, two years ago. It was used many times but has since mostly gone into retirement. It is glazed inside so I don't get the beneficial effects you mention and I've since come to really appreciate a nice stream when pouring and unfortunately my piece does not have the nicest pour. Of course the pour is not everything, but as it's glazed and I favor other glazed pots I have, it doesn't see much use. I liked his design aesthetic back then and I really like the new pots on Sk. It seems he's change the spout design and your pot does indeed have a much nicer pour than mine. Maybe someday I'll buy another one of his pieces, unglazed this time, to experiment with its effects. For now, I'm mostly on the hunt for old yixing when it comes to teaware.
