Troubleshooting: Site Issues & Bug Reports
when you edit your profile, the social media fields are kind of confusing. it actually just wants you to enter your username instead of a complete link to your profile. i should do something about that eventually.
also, if you've inputted your social media profiles, i should add little icons to link to them in the post profile (the thing next to a post that shows the poster's name, avatar, location, etc.).

How are you resizing your avatar ?
Avatar
Maximum file size: 10.00 KiB
Maximum dimensions; width: 100 pixels, height: 100 pixels,
Minimum dimension: width: 20 pixels, height: 20 pixels,

Jay just suggested that Instagram posters can direct link! It works great, no need to resize. Thanks Jay.
Although, we don’t want this site to be a #repost site either, since not just image is posted. Will need to figure this issue out.

ok, this works now, and i've updated the icons to include instagram

sorry for singling you out cwarren, but you're the only one who filled them all out, so you make for a good example
One thing I noticed is when I click the a post in the 'new posts' section I'm directed to page one even if there are multiple pages, shouldn't it redirect me to the latest post?
Yes, that would be a nice feature to add. Thanks for suggestion.
Meanwhile, I'm really liking the new Discord app for chatting. I have it on my desktop and iPad side by side, works perfectly. Changing appearance to the Light under Appearance in User Settings also helps. Uploading images there is very easy as well.

The font on this page is white on a white background. I was able to "highlight" the text where this red circle is to see what it should say, but as you can see it blends in otherwise.
edit: this is on at least two pages within the user control panel settings pages:

fixed
i think it's working as intended -- i think it shows you posts since the last time you logged in. personally i don't think it's that useful and don't use it myself. may i suggest using 'active topics' (shows the latest posts regardless of if you've viewed them) or 'unread posts' (shows only unviewed posts) instead
I just tried a search to find the details of a tea tasting session today. The key details were posted as an image, so I searched for the admittedly generic term of 'tasting', and advanced search told me that word was too common. I did search for only the last 7 days, and the search did not strike me as overly extensive, especially when limited as it was by time, or a similar search limited by poster's name.
