No easy answer to this… too many parameters come into play: your water, tea and individual preferences. Most generally speaking, for me this kinds of teas tend to better with higher oxidised or roasted teas. But not necessarily so, I’ve used others with good results for Gaoshan.
But in this case size comes into play, so for a small pot like this one larger rolled ball shape teas will probably not be ideal. Open leaf teas will be allowed to unfurl easier.
Many like small sizes like this for Yancha and or more pricey teas, as a small size is more economical.
