Cross-post from teachat(kinda  )
I always feel like I'm going to regret letting a pot go when I decide to put one up for sale (and with this one I definitely feel that way) but now that I've gotten a hang of what I like using regularly, this one unfortunately just never gets much actual use.
Owned for maybe 2-3 years and only occasionally used with brewing sencha.
Made from old natural shudei clay.
Pairs well with teas you'd like to get more body from without the muting effects you get with reduction fired or pots made from zini.
Makes a great christmas gift!

I maybe mistaken (but since the original photo's have poofed, imagebooth or photobooth or whatever, those hosts never last), but was this one in the teachat SOP? There was a similar kyusu on which i has placed a bid, but was happily surprised with a even higher placed pot. Just curious, nice piece and i would buy it had i not been trying to get some money for a rainy day. ;)

^sorry for taking so long to get back to you!
Been spending a lot of time trying to get settled into a new house :D
anyway to answer your question: no
I participated in that but I didnt up getting anything(bid too late i guess).
A few months later though I ended up talking to a vendor that had some of gisui`s pots that were left unsold when he went into retirement, including the one im sellIng now ;0
Which one did you end up winning back then? still have it? :D

Thanks to everyone who showed interest in this, but ive decided im going to take this one off the market. Probably a bad time to be selling teapots so close to the holidays anyway accounts for less interest+ my own renewed interest in experimenting with it means im just going to hold on to this one
