I recently acquired a plate from cornwall bridge pottery.

https://cbpots.com/

The company only makes wood fired ceramics, which sometimes includes teaware. I intend to use the plate for my teapot during sessions.

This is from an article about the company:

Cornwall Bridge Pottery had its first firing in September 1974. What started as a potter workshop through the years has evolved into a renowned conjunction of a workshop and pottery store. Founder and master potter Todd Piker is responsible for throwing the majority of the pieces on display in his store and small upstairs gallery.
[...]
The 35-foot long kiln with a five-foot inside diameter has the capacity to fire 6,000 pounds of wet clay. The kiln is fired approximately once a month. The clay is fired with local slabwood and glazes are made from materials found locally and processed by Piker and his staff.
[...]
Cornwall Bridge Pottery uses no lead in their glazes and the extremely high firing temperature that is reached in the kiln makes the finished product resistant to chipping and cracking.

CBP is their mark. I see fingerprints on the clay all over the bottom. I love that
