Places to drink tea in Boston?

I never go out for tea. If you are in Boston, I am in Charlestown (across the bridge over the end of the Charles River, where the locks are) near the Boston Garden/North Station. You can visit in my little studio. Give me a call if you like,

Just seeing this - sorry, have not been too regular here off late!

Truth be told there aren't a lot of options. Actually none come to mind if you're looking for a proper tea house. L'Espalier used to do an afternoon tea on weekends. The menu consisted of good teas (I used to supply them with a tea or two, so obviously their choice is great :D ). It was quite expensive. Anyway, now its closed.

If you don't mind the drive to Providence (~1 hr), Leafy Green Tea has opened a B&M called Ceremony. They sell their teas there.

I'm in Cambridge - if you're ever interested in Western brewed teas from the Indian sub-continent let me know and we'll figure out something.
