Advice: Don't worry about it. Have a night light on in the bathroom w/ the door to it open (just enough light to find the toilet) & just pee & go back to sleep. Benefits of getting up are avoiding aches & pains from being in the same position too much while sleeping (even a good position for 5 straight hours would give me terrible pack pain) & one can take a minute to get one's bedding & pillows returned to most helpful places.
(When staying in hotels, I have seen & heard a lot going on, by not going right back to sleep when I got curious & put on a robe to see who was loud at 2, 3, 4, or 5 in the morning. It used to be interesting but then what I was learning about people depressed me. Better to just go back to sleep.)

Cup is around 90ml. But I drink 70ml steeps.
I drink tea two times.
In the morning 800ml
In the evening 800ml to 1200ml.
I do multiple steeps or few types of tea.

I had last night ( around 8pm ) also around 800 tea ( steeped in pot ) and of course had a similar issue. Woke up twice for wc. I think this is just a common thing if u drink tea in evening. I think that green has even more caffeine , so it's more aggressive on kidneys , therefore bladder later. I think if just not having a tea after dinner ( which is my issue
) you should be fine.
