Hello, I want to prepare a drink from several herbs, but I have a few questions.
1.Is there any way to count how much green tea is needed to get 100mg of green tea extract?
2.How much gram of green tea can i use to 200ml of water? If i use more it gonna be stroneger?
3.Do you know any way to prepare tea to get the most nutritional properties from the herb?

Green tea extract is a complex mixture of many different components. You may want to look into what component you want to focus on, its relative abundance in green tea and its extraction rate - a lot of that information can be found on pubmed.

In general, boiling the tea for a long time will get a more efficient extraction. However, the extract will likely be unpalatable.
