help brew stevia leaves that are good and right

hello, I want to ask about stevia leaves, can anyone help? stevia leaves that I brewed on the first steeping and then I quickly dropped with a filter, I intend to reduce the bitterness that is left behind. is there a method to help me how to make and brew stevia leaves that are good and right? so that the balance of sweet and bitter left behind. I happen to have stevia leaves which are dry and some have been blended so that it becomes powder. thank you!
