This tea cake has been HK dry stored. It is smooth, viscous and sweet. What else can someone want from a delicious raw pu'er tea? ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜€

Great variety of responses, thanks.

I would like to start taking notes, for new teas especially, but maybe generally to add to the experience too.

When going on a long drive my good companion is a large insulated glass of tea.

My favorite time to have tea is while sitting at the table with my significant other enjoying a tea tasting. The quality time we spend together is fantastic. When we open a package of a new tea, it's like Christmas, no matter the time of year. Watching the wind play with the surface of the small lake out back is magic.

I hope you all have a very happy Holiday! :)

I've recently started brewing tea at my office. I brew black tea in a cast iron teapot so it stays nice and hot and I can drink 2.5 cups over the course of an hour. It's very relaxing and helps me stay centered during my job.

At home, I typically do gongfu and try to focus entirely on the ceremony and the tea itself. The smell, appearance, it's effect on my body, etc.
