Hi I came across a rolled tea, it looks like kind of sharp blackish stones, the blade is almost not recognizable,

Which kind of Chinese tea is this one

is there fibrous material in there, or does it mostly all dissolve? at first i assumed it was cha tou (ripe puerh), but maybe it's some kind of "instant tea"?

It looks like "sui yin zi" or so called Silver nuggets , but look at it closely It's more like the Cha Gao - puerh paste. You can get shu or sheng , usually pressed into the small bricks or balls size of 0.5- 2g. There are also bigger sizes available , like chocolate bar.

thank you everybody, the tea if remains in infusion does not open itself, you can see some small shuttered minimal place if I try to divide it then you get some crumbles if is wet

but I do not know, I have not idea, first of all I have concern if is an healthy thing to eat. I have really limited puerh experiences and this although has a fermented taste, does not taste at all as codfish as usually my not premium puerh have been so far.
I am really enjoying this taste, initially remembers you a Japanese Hojicha but then the smell you hear coming up from the cup takes over, is strong but not fastidious, even a small retrotaste. I really like that as soon as I put water ( I am experimenting 85 but do not know if is ideal) immediately you see some brown fluid coming up from these "capsules" so it needs 4 minutes at least to acquire a light brown color. I am just really confused, I will try to randomly buy whatever thing looks like that, but still, it is healthy to drink? Thank you very much and impressed by your knowledge! A guy told me is a tea according to him coming from Menghai, but cannot find any information on the internet, and still I am confused, just I am doubting could be cha gao, as it looks much more compact this cha gao. while mine looks more at the pictures I sent.
