Hi all I have so much to share on weekends I’ll be uploading my blog.

Let me start with this one:

Tasting some of the fresh yield of crude tea “Aracha” from various regions in Shizuoka. Will be raining from tomorrow so the last chance for a few days to get it fresh.
昨日の出来上がりを今朝みました!

Everyday the tea farmers are brining in their fresh yields to be appraised- these teas will be finished off with further refining, roasting, and sorting before being made available to consumers and the market.

This year is the earliest harvest of shincha in record history- things are changing but the yield this year looks very promising.

Thanks for reading and hope to see you someday in Shizuoka!!

When life throws to its curve balls as it inevitably does, and the boundaries start to feel a bit inward pressuring, keep firm and take the path one step at a time, knowing you have the internal pressure to push back, out, and ahead🍵
