I recently launched a new series on my YouTube channel where I taste tea with my husband who doesn't really like tea. We're only 2 episodes in but it has been a lot of fun so far. Gyokuro and Shou Puerh were hard nos.

Anyway props to Jason, internet star. Also thanks for steeping directions, I think it's super important to add amount of tea, volume of gaiwan/pot, temperature and step time (from pour to pour) even if it's seemingly obvious in tea culture.
