It's personal taste. I am more used to small lid knobs as seen on antique pots, they never get that large and are usually in harmony with the overall proportions. I have quite large hands, but mostly use 50-60ml pots and have never had trouble with it, technique can solve some problems I think.

That CZ seems nice. Lid knob makes me more think of Japanese styles with the elongated neck.
