Fair point. It is a very good entry pot to see what is what. And in the beginning the awareness of what is rare and what not is that present.

As far as I understand it, 60s clay is a little different than 70s. But possibly minimally so in non-detectable levels to the average person. Mind you that in each period there are also different batches...

Yeah, I read about the mixing clay in F1 to get consistent colors. I am trying to hold off on less than 100 ml pots, or else this would be an excellent learning piece.

I rarely use anything larger than 80, preferably 60ml, these days. haha

For solo session, my preference is from 130-150ml pots which brew about 100-120 ml of tea. My tea cup is about 80ml, so each brew, half pot of tea in my cup, half pot in my tea pitcher for cooling. 200ml is my max for solo during thirsty days lol
