Long time...
I am working with Chen Yuan Hao on some things in regards to their brand. As a perk I got some pretty hard to get cake/s. As many might know, I am not a Puerh-person per se, but these have been through the bank very, very nice and clean tasting teas. To the point that I usually just finish a cake in one go over a few weeks and then switch back to Oolong.
I am thinking to split one particular very pricey cake into 5g portions and offer it to anyone who'd like to try them. In such a mini quantity it is still doable as an extravagant luxury treat
Try once and then forget about it, as it is to expensive too become a regular thing.
Would there be interest of for that?
I'll get more details on the cake in question later.

i'd be curious because my poor experience has mostly been with tease that seemed affordable at the time, and generally not very expensive or fancy versions. So I'm always curious as to what the "best" versions would are really like.
Ok then, I will see how to best set this up. Although it seems that for the time being, US territory is off the table...
Just so people get an idea of the price, the tea in question is priced at 10$/g. So I am thinking to make it available in 5g portions.
I am still traveling, so precis details I will post at a later stage. For now: it is a 2003 cake, pressed from Maocha they had stored for a couple of years before deciding to press it in cakes. Maocha that had been stored in the farmers house directly, so it has a specific, sought-after flavour profile that comes from being exposed to smoke etc.
On a side note: the whole brand is going to launch a rebrand (courtesy of yours truly
) in a couple of weeks. Brand new packaging, same outstanding quality
