How have people not jumped on the rest of this yet.
If it wasn't for the ridiculous shipping costs to Australia there is one more piece here I would get.

I’m shocked the Yamada blue yuzamashi is still here. I’m on the verge of just keeping it I love it so much.

What piece? Shipping may not be too crazy.

I suppose, as it is - to not colour blind eyes - much more dull grey than blue? Do the fotos do it injustice?
Anyhow, for other reasons I'd suggest you keep it - after what you let slip so far, you'll regret giving it away: No one will cherish it so much as you do, I fear.
;) Not only the tea chooses the pot but the yuza the owner?

That's actually the piece I am keen on. I think it's meant to be yours if it still hasn't sold and you are considering keeping it though.

I'm considering getting one of the Bizen cups, along with some other pieces. I don't drink much gyokuro or sencha, so I'm wondering what it would do to other teas. I've read that this clay is high fired but that it might also mute some flavours, and it would be great to hear what people who own these cups have experienced. Is it worth getting a Bizen cup if I primarily drink hongcha and green oolong?

Personally - not worth it - stick to thin porcelain

Thanks for your input! Are you speaking from personal experience regarding the Bizen cups? Are there any clay cups you'd recommend?

It is! I’m about to crash after a very busy week, so I will get an estimate tomorrow.
