Accidentally somehow stumbled onto a teapot.

It's shuiping, zhuni. About 100ml. Has the characteristic shrinkage lines.

It's ugly. It's definitely fully handmade. How do I know that? Because it's lopsided and has ugly tool marks on the outside. No mold touched this baby. That would be insulting to mold makers.

Maybe a top level master made this while they were a 4 year old kid. I'm not sure, but unlikely.

The font of the bottom stamp looks more modern than old.

It's definitely not fired twice. Lets just say the lid will fit a lot of pots.

Oh yeah, there's also a crack inside.

I've cleaned the pot with sodium percarbonate. I'm sold on it's oxidizing power.

It leaks when I pour. Feels like half the tea comes out from the lid.

multiple photos can be found here

I don't know, price of shipping + $30?

So the crack inside body leaks, or the pot leaks from lid when pouring? Also is cost of teapot $30 + shipping?

The crack inside does not leak. One photo should show it's about 1cm long.

It leaks in the sense if you don't pour carefully, a lot will come out of the lid hole instead of the spout.

Cost is $30 + shipping yes.

I've heard it's a factory pot. If anybody has more details or corrections feel free to add heh.

That’s one entertaining sales pitch :) I like it!

Just one thing: definitely not hand made, outside tool marks have very little to do with hand making, actually the clues for that would be inside.

But it doesn’t really matter, for that price(basically a free pot), it shouldn’t be handmade. I’m sure it’ll go quickly.

Not much, looks modern to me. Like a(faible) attempt to pass it off as a 60's teapot, but in the wrong clay(among other things).
