I can't even believe how much you are asking for them... :o
Well, ornamented pots are more expensive than simple ones, larger pots more than smaller ones...

80s is more expensive than 90s and has better Zini clay, Eot is asking more for small 90ies pots... Newly made Yixing with pure clay in that category unlikely less either.

Pricy compared to standard shuiping but all are cheaper than this pot from late 80’s. Serious sticker shock! $558 usd

So are you saying that the clay on your pots is better than that on those EoT is selling?

I am saying that Factory 1 Zini clay from the 80s is usually better than F1 clay from the 90s onwards. By better I also mean purer, from the 80s onwards factory clay has often additives in it.

Now, as to what the private collectors clay exactly is, that most of the recent Eot Zinis are, I do not know.

Anyways, if you look at pricing in Yixing for factory ware, it jumps per decade. Some say 1 50s pot is like 2 60s pots, 4 70s pot, 10+ green label pots, 20 fangyuan label pot, you get the drift...

And as mentioned above, simple biaozhun style pots are more affordable than the more extravagant ones.

Partly you can find bits here and there on the internet: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/mp/appmsg/show ... lang=zh_CN

Also, this old thread on teachat:
https://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?t=21339

Original prints are harder to come buy.

Mostly Chinese language sites and forums, so not very easy to navigate.

I don't see "Albums". Assuming it's because I don't have an account: I've resisted getting a Facebook account all these years (even to snoop on ex SOs), but this may be a reason to open a "lurker" account.

Thanks for the replies all. I'll not hijack this threads any further :)
