ive stuck it on and put it in the oven for curing.

it looks like it has moved a little out of place when i checked on it. I'm sure it was good when i stuck it on.
guess i have to leave it now.
does anyone know whether the epoxy will go hard once it is blended or can i keep it if it is air tight?

If the bond is good, then not really. Maybe if the epoxy is still in some semi-cured stage, than overheating it might soften it but it would mean a significant risk of a damage. But even if you separate the two pieces without breaking them, you'll never be able to clean the epoxy well enough to get a nice clean seam. Sorry. :( Maybe kintsugi professional might still be able to save it and cover up the whole thing with a chunk of gold.

According to the specs for the epoxy it said minus 70 to 140 degrees. I'm not sure if I should put it in the oven at 250 degrees

I did it.

Just some word of advice. Do not oven cure anything at high temperatures. Take the longer route and do it at room temp.
Hold the piece in place for 10ish mins before letting go and curing at room temp.
When you put it in the oven at 50 degrees things expand, and the piece will move out of place.
Do not get an epoxy with too higher temp reistancy, you only need a little over 100 degrees, other wise you won't be able to remove it if things go wrong.
I put it in the oven and 250 degrees and it came off. Thank God for that. Even without the chip it was pouring better, with the chipped piece stuck on wrong it was leeking and without it wasn't leeking.
I'll wait a bit and see what I can do
