After being unemployed for about 2 months. Since may, i heard today i have a new job. This won't only allow me to pay for my house (which was purchased this june), but it also allows me to continue hoarding more wares again.

Once i'll have a steady income i can also start looking around again

This is more of fyi post as i'm not actually that active here, except for the Japan section. I needed to let this out, such a relieve!

I know what its like. Got caught with my pants down about 6 years ago. Such a relief when you get it figured out.
