Does anyone know where to get a filter for a single hole yixing teapot? I've gotten them from chawangshop before, but am looking for a easier vendor for the US.

Something like this:

That’s a nice filter, I’d either go to hardware store and get a small piece of stainless steel mesh to make your own ball filter, or here is the one you posted in Canada; https://store.thechineseteashop.com/Sta ... -s-001.htm
Kyarazen instructional; https://www.kyarazen.com/installing-teapot-filters/

I have a lot of fun trying to find products on Taobao. I did a little searching and found some sources on taobao:

Interestingly you can find the spiral wire ones with "独孔过滤壶嘴过滤" while the ones you linked need to add a zisha in there "独孔过滤紫砂壶嘴过滤".

Sometimes once I find the Chinese name for a product, if I literally translate it into English, I can then find the product on ebay.

I found the filters from chawangshop, all the tea couldn't make it out of the pot, so I actually pulled out the little stainless steel wire, that holds it in the pot spout, bought a kitchen strainer, cut the mesh into little squares and made my own, basically what Kyarazen instructed, but instead of having to buy and bend your own wire I just repurposed the chawang shop ones.

If I notice tea leaves will block the spout with single hole, I simply insert one of those pu’er cake breakers (or a thin stick) into the spout from the outside, to make a path for tea to flow out more quickly.

I tried these filters years ago and quickly abandoned them. I found them more trouble than the alternative.

In the rare event that I get a blocked spout, I quickly clear it with a 6” piece of bamboo skewer that’s been rounded at both ends. It’s cheap, safe, and discreet. I’ve never damaged a spout this way.

I made a little spiral filter with 999 fine silver wire (probably only useful for people who already have some in the house!)

Tingjunkie on the old forum mentioned it. You use the two ends as the prongs and springiness keeps it in place.
