I would like to point out Hsin-Chuen Lin and his youtube channel. I am not a potter myself, but I am interested in ceramics and have spent some time in the past enjoyably watching his youtube videos. He has quite a series of videos on various tasks and details of his process.

From his about page:
I am providing a platform to share my approach in ceramic field with pottery enthusiasts in the world ,and maybe demonstrate some different ways of throwing techniques. For example, using less water people can throw even without a splash pan, or you don't need to collar sky high to center etc..
Please visit my website: www.mypots.net for more information about me.

nice one, the videos are very instructional, although his finished works is a bit too much decoration for my taste

As a beginning pottery student, his videos were worth their weight in gold (erm, so to speak).

When I saw his videos, I started chattering everything for a few weeks then it lost its novelty... the kiln tech said that he gets sad when someone "discovers" chattering because it spreads like a stomach flu in the beginner classes.
