2020 has been an awakening and very challenging year for many across the globe. Let's share some joy and glad tidings around to at the very least have a cheerful closure to 2020! I've chosen to repurpose 2 teapots which have been broken and left sitting around. Doing this to commemorate 2020 and also as a reminder that we can always repurpose / regenerate / realign our perspectives on brokenness to something beautiful that sustains life.

Cheers!!

Wah. Is there a name for the type of art display. For example, like bonsai, but entirely something else. For aquariums there's a whole subsection like this too.

Wow, absolutely stunning! I too would like to know what this kind art is called. In any case, the pots fit in perfectly (precisely because of their current, imperfect, state) to their new surroundings. Thanks for sharing!

I couldn't help being reminded of this recounting (although in this case, the broken pots are not "gone" at all, but have instead been repurposed)
"'One day Ajahn Chah held up a beautiful Chinese tea cup, “To me this cup is already broken. Because I know its fate, I can enjoy it fully here and now. And when it’s gone, it’s gone.'” When we understand the truth of uncertainty and relax, we become free."

As mentioned by @pedant, it's in fact a Terrarium, but I call it a Carnivorrarium because it's a combination of Carnivorous Plants in a Terrarium setup...... hahahaha....

Cheers!!
