Hi Mukti,
Your kyusu looks to be a purple clay Banko Yaki (萬古焼) style teapot... as denoted by the gold sticker. It also states "Yokkaichi Banko", referring to the Japanese city of Yokkaichi which is famous for Banko-yaki goods. The final line on the gold sticker reads 日本製, Nihon sei, meaning "Made in Japan".
The characters imprinted into the clay are 峰月, or Hougetsu, which I believe refers to the kiln that fired it, rather than an individual artisan.

Here's my Kyusu's i use for my japanese green.
Biggest is Tokoname around 220ml and smallest is Banko around 70-75ml, i love Banko clay
I sometimes use with gaoshan and other more delicate tea

well... damn
Looks similar to the feldspar that's usually added to rihi(pearskin) pots.. but obviously they don't turn out so purple in the end

Yes! I'm afraid to use it though. I can be pretty careless when it comes to handling things
