Thank you so much for the warm welcome .
@Bok, I am not sure about the tea I got from Taiwan as it was many years ago, unfortunately... It could have been roasted that's certainly a possibility! I am looking forward to reading as many tea posts as I @Bok

How long have you been drinking tea?
Actually, it is tea that consumes me. I drink gongfu stuly daily for all my life but special, single estate teas for over 15 years.
What kind of tea do you drink?
I tend to gravitate towards green and puerh.
How do you prepare your tea?
I prepare gongfu style for my special teas and grandpa style with my family. Never with additions such as milk and sugar.
What tea knowledge are you interested in exploring right now?
Everything about tea - History and science of tea. I am pleased that after the unfortunate incidents at Boston you guys are returning to the delights of what tea can offer. I would like to share my tea world.
What factors lead you to delve into the world of tea, and what is keeping you there?
I am a "Billy No Mates" and would like to share with other like minded tea folk. Anyone from England out there?
What is your location?
The Midlands in England.

I'm currently exploring storage solutions for puerh as well...challenge is there is so much information on this topic, I need to pick a method and get on with it.
Good luck to you in your tea journey!
Hello!
I'm Candace from Singapore. Nice to meet fellow tea drinkers and tea lovers here.
How long have you been drinking tea?
I started drinking tea at a really young age, I simply love the taste and smell of freshly brewed tea.
What kind of tea do you drink?
When I was a kid, I drink the tea from brands like Whittard, Twinnings, Lipton (all in tea bags and just add hot water, some sugar/honey for taste). Now I purchase better quality tea with tea leaves (not the crushed type)
I love black tea, herbal tea, flower teas. I drink and (use) flower teas mainly for health and beauty purposes.
How do you prepare your tea?
Just add hot water
But on a leisure day, I will take out my tea pot set and brew a nice cup to drink after my meditation session. Zen mode.
What tea knowledge are you interested in exploring right now?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), tea is considered "cooling", with some exceptions like Puer tea/ herbal tea (non caffeine) or you add other ingredients to neutralise the "cooling" properties. I am distributing tea formulated with TCM recipes and trying to explore more similar kind of tea.
What factors lead you to delve into the world of tea, and what is keeping you there
It is my daily drink, my interest and also now my business at tea3.sg
Tea is a necessity, not a luxury
