Though i's share as it's close to where you are - I've had recently a puer which Länggass tee had stored for a decade in Switzerland, natural conditions and pretty much fell in love with it. The longest EU stored puer to date for me. Wouldn't be able to single out any more details so far, but it still was a relief as longer storage within Europe has been completely unknown topic.

Most of my life, but I only started to seriously drink it after I worked at a Teaopia (bought out by Teavana - during their Canadian adventure - before they got bought out by Starbucks). From then been making baby steps in the decade since)
What kind of tea do you drink?
I largely enjoy white teas but am tepidly delving into shen puer.
How do you prepare your tea?
Gongfu, mostly gaiwan but am experimenting with yixing pots.
What tea knowledge are you interested in exploring right now?
Water and yixing clay, mostly. I'd love to learn more about storage as well.

We have an online tea store and are based out of Jacksonville florida
Ive been drinking tea since about 1999 when i found out how to make it right. Thst was in lynn mass. When i was livijg in a hockey house with 8 other hockey players. A guy from huntinton beach was irritated thst i was putting tea bags in the kettle hahaa.
My favorite tea by far is a simple unsweet iced moroccan mint.
Id like to be added on as a vendor here and maybe get some feedback about the site, some changes were making to simplify options etc.
If yall have any questions or comments please let me know!
Im new obvi hah so im getting used to the rules. Vendor rules etc. I have a kava company as well called art of kava and the kava forum pple were so great with feedback.
If any other vendors like to chat here thats great too! Im a firm believer that a rising tide raises all ships! The better we can all do will just benefit us and the customers in the end.

So ive been drinking tea for about 21 years. I got into it when a roommate of mine from huntington beach california was disgusted by me making te bags with loads of sugar in a kettle lol. I moved onto better tea and discovered looose leaf tea. I started working at teavana in jacksonville florida and fell in love with unsweet iced moroccan mint and also my now wife. Long fun story for another time heh.
How do i prepare my tea?
Usually steeped loose in a mug and strained over another or over ice in a glass. Nothing fancy. But i drink A LOT of tea.
After years of working for the man lol, i started my own tea business. Ill post it all after i figure out how to be a vendor on this forum.
We do a lot of herbal tea bases with whites, greens etc mixed in. Our customers really like bold flavors. They have kids and want to give them something healthy, not surgary soft drinks etc. So we carry what they want. Were getting to the point where were selling more oolongs, whites, lapsangs and even some yakushima blacks.
Its all fun stuff and im an open book. I love talking and sourcing some great teas if theyre not like 2k per lb haha. I cant sell those.
Cant wait to meet yall.

Hello everyone.
For me Tea was a lemon zinger and tazo teabags at starbucks kind of thing until I was introduced to loose leaf tea of much better quality about ten years ago. Since then I have been learning as much as possible through reading, trying out various vendors' teas, making tea friends and listening. I have a lot of fun serving tea to friends and get a lot out of making tea for myself.
My favorite type of tea is wuyi yancha. Mostly I drink Chinese teas. But I also love Taiwanese Oolongs, Japanese green teas, 1st flush Darjeelings, teas with lots of buds... Puerh is still a bit of a mystery to me: I love drinking Sho and also love the Sheng I have had. However, the topic seems so complex that I feel like I will probably only really get into Puerh after another 5-10 yeas of Tea Journey. I also enjoy pretty much all herbal teas but view them more as medicine-entheogen.
Usually I use a gaiwan, cha hai, and a teacup or cups if serving. Epic length sessions, lots of leaf, and low temperature, generally. Because I come from a fine coffee background I do use some modern equipment like a digital scale, distilled and restructured water etc. I love experiencing traditional methods and have a lot of respect for our Ancestors. But, I try to adapt everything I have learned into a Tea Practice that feels authentic for me.
Right now my tea exploration is going into Gong Fu Cha equipment and ceremony. I would like to elevate and bring a little more refinement to my practice so my focus is essentially on learning methods and the graceful and efficient use of teaware. Any new teas that come my way will also be drunk.
My journey began when I realized that tea was a huge world that eclipsed the premium coffee world in complexity, subtlety, and variability of experience. The Cha Qi and the way drinking tea holistically fits into my life keeps me enjoying and learning. I think the spirit of tea draws people in but also that tea is an addiction or obsession that is reasonably justified.
I live in Austin Texas and I hope to make lots of new tea friends.

Hi, I'm Vincent, a college senior at Duke University in Durham, NC. In 2016, I fell in love with tea and trained to be a certified tea art specialist in Chengdu, China. Upon coming to Duke in 2017, I started a tea club named Duke CommuniTEA. Over the past three years, I hosted around a hundred tea related events, and more than a thousand people joined the club.
