Mould injected pot from the 70s

For the fun of it, something that you do not *maybe do not want to* see everyday: A mould injected Shuiping! Found it among a box full of other Yixings which were passed on to me from the in-laws.

Knowledgeable friend of mine dated this ugly duckling nonetheless to the 70s! It has an odd sound when you clink the lid against the body and a really strange texture. Colour is brownish red. Nothing fits of course, wonky left and right. Still ok to use though.

A good clue for the injection process is the interior lidhole.

I often see these pop up from sellers in the UK and Thailand. Any idea what sorta clay it is?

@Chadrinkincat not really, supposedly something hongni-ish, colour is still closest to Hongni.
