So I got lucky and found this little cutie:
A biaozhun shuiping in 60ml or 3-cup size. Clay is Hongni. It came with the wax coating some pots had applied. I have already boiled it off and the original clay is showing off!

I had a hunch about this one, turns out I was right and it is F1 from the 60s! Lovely, dense, creamy clay. Creamy might sound odd, but if you have held one in your hands, you know what I mean. I mentioned it before, I am not a big fan of the standard SP-shape, but this little puffy lid is pretty!

Nonetheless - do not get excited yet - I am actually considering to let this one go... I already have a hongni from the 60s and do not necessarily need this particular one and have my eyes set on other things, opportunity was just too good to pass on this one... well, still debating with myself.

What I especially like about this one is how thin and delicate the lip of the lid is.

Quite thin-walled as well, should do well with a range of teas, no time yet to try it out.
