Taiwanese teapot

After suggestion from the forum administration, I repost this message here. It was initially my answer to a question about the pot I used to brew a DHP.

It’s a dark brown teapot from Taiwan given by a friend who didn’t use it. Hand thrown body and lid, while spout and handle are mould casted.
Signed and dated 2004.
Maybe someone can give additional info by the pictures :roll:

Not sure if it is Taiwanese, might be imported from China. Clay looks like generic looks-like-Yixing-clay. The local clays look different.
