What do you think about this guy for yancha in terms of shape and clay? It is sold as 100ml DSQ (honestly, I feel lucky to find something this small nowadays...)

The 7 hole filter might pour slow for yancha. You'd need to try it but likely not fast enough. Also, in my view hongni/zhuni is better for yancha.

Thanks.
About the clay - I'll give it a try though my only available hongni is a shuiping...not sure if its the best shape.

Shui Ping has lots of different shapes, low-mid-high profile. It just means water-level and refers to pot geometry.

The standard mid profile shui ping is pretty much usable for any kind of tea. As neutral and functional as a teapot can be.

Shuiping is fine. The questions are 1) how fast does it poor? 2) how big is it? 3) is the hongni good?

1) pour - one hole - about 14 sec without leaf (pretty bad ha?)
2) size - standard - 120 ml
3) clay - I think clay is fine... you certainly know better than me... :)

The poor is too slow. Not usable for yancha imo

Yea, I agree. In general (I know there are other factors), what would you consider sufficiently fast...
