Lotus Blossom Frog Yixing Teapot

A shop in Hong Kong was trying to sell me a lotus blossom teapot that was very similar to the one sold in a charity auction for HK$60,000+. He said it was made by the same person.

There seems to be a few available online, but for between HK$20k to HK$45k.

There is also this one by Zhang JianLun auctioned at Christie's that looks stunning - the clay and detailing seems different though ($2750). Could this really be worth less than the HK sold teapots?

I need some advice as to whether it is worth the so-called reduced price of HK$10,000 ($1280) that he offered me. Is it made from authentic yixing clay or is he trying to trick tourists?
Thanks
