They hoped to set up PayPal soon, I did not pay anything--waiting for them to start accepting int'l orders.

Many probably already know, but for those who don't and are impatient to get their hands on their pot(s) there is always Ezstar Taiwan (and other good agents too I'm sure). That'll tag on some additional fees obviously (TWD 200 + (1,5% * transfer amount) for the payment service, TWD 200 per box for the shipping service - if memory serves).

Though seeing how this vendor seems to be willing to reserve the pots for the customer until the international payment stuff is set up, I'd wait myself.

Some more info on the luni clay. It is sourced from the Hufu area about 5 km away from huanglong mountain - from a shallow mine.

The luni from shallow mines are a little more common than the deep mines. The previous chrysanthemum pot was also made of shallow mine clay.

Deep mine clay in modern pots that occasionally pop up seem to have additives.

Also, they only have 10 of these luni pots left so..

I bought a little junde pot from these guys. They've been working on getting their shipping and paypal sorted out but it seems like that is all well in hand now.

No, qingshuini. I think it was the only one they had left. I didn't notice the zhuni pots they posted on the main group until later actually

Interesting offering of same shape, different clays.- including luni!

The shuiping triplet in the front seem to be all the same size so possibly good for learning differences in clay. Hong ni, Zini and duanni - I think they are priced around 115$

The ones in the back are probably more expensive (esp that cool zhuni)
