Opinion on this pot?

Modern pot, wondering about opinions on this clay?
With all the fakes, I'm worried about getting something that isn't safe.
Also, how well do these short spouts pour?

If it is safe, only a scientific scan could tell... Pictures look heavily edited, so colour is probably not the actual one.
Short spouts can be pouring very well – or very bad. Again, not possible to tell from a pic alone, you'll need to try.
How large is this pot? Asking as if it is above 120ml these shapes with such a short handle tend to be unbalanced and annoying to use.

It's 170 ml. I decided to pass on it, I'm not crazy about the spout
